Step 7. Project Initiation and Preparation

The initiation and preparation phase will focus on a detailed planning schedule and fine-tuning of the project plan. Final preparation will depend on the scale of the project, but can include reserving and preparing online and offline spaces for project materials and project work, hiring of GSRs and support staff, meeting regularly with the IDRE-HASIS staff that will be working on the project, and identifying the necessary software applications for development.
